Support Worker required, we are looking for someone whom is highly motivated and committed to delivering high standards of care.

We currently have a vacancy for an experience support worker to work with young adults with learning disabilities and autism, supporting them through their day.

To apply for this position we require a minimum of 6 months care home setting experience, we would prefer you to be driver and have your own transport and have a passion to make a difference to a young person in need.
